This makes the series especially suited to applications such as semi-finishing and finishing.

The new surface structure offered by KV710X is another bonus, since this makes the series the ideal choice for processing non-ferrous metals. Thanks to its homogeneous, open structure without inclusions or resin particles, the surface avoids potential clogging or smearing. This significantly extends the service life and results in a high rate of stock removal plus a consistently high-quality finish.

Adaptable and robust

Despite its sturdy, low-stretch X-cloth, the new VSM series is comparatively soft and flexible – making it ideal for achieving the kind of perfect finish needed on taps or kitchen surfaces, for example. The backing is also suitable for wet grinding.
